The City of Sunrise offers award-winning recreation facilities, including Sawgrass Sanctuary, a 20-acre park and learning center that features a hiking/bicycling trail, fishing pier and boardwalk. Sunrise is also the site of Sunrise Tennis Club, which features 11 Hydrocourt clay courts and four asphalt-based cushioned courts - as well as a clubhouse with a players' lounge, pro shop and locker rooms.

If golf is your game, choose from the City's Springtree Golf Club - complete with a luxurious, 7,000-square-foot clubhouse - or the Sunrise Country Club.
